Miss Starlet Rules & General Information
1. No Double Crowning!
2. Photogenic may be b/w or color in size 8.5 x 11 or no smaller than 5 x 7. Must be turned in at the time of registration. All photos will be scored during the intermission. Cannot be digitally retouched.
3. Formal wear may be custom made (no glitz) or off the rack; Off the rack formal dress can have some stones on it. Because I know it can ruin the style of dress as long as it doesn't appear to be glitz. Outfit of Choice, can be Casual, Summer, Winter, Fall, or Anything you may like to design . If you are uncertain of the attire, please forward a photo. I will let you know if it is acceptable.
4. No Pro-Am (no dance moves, skipping, etc.) will be allowed. Please keep your walking on the runway simple. Judges need to see each individual for who they really are.
5. There will be a 1.5 minute time limit for Evening Wear and Outfit of Choice.
6. A minimum deposit of $40 is required to reserve a spot for you in this competition no later than July 19, 2010.
7. No video or cameras allowed during competition. Professionals will be on-site.
8. Miss Starlet may not re-compete until after she gives up her crown from the previous age division. She may not re-compete in same division or group. If you have a sibling in the same age group, she may opt to move to the next age group (ex: sibling 8 yrs, may move to the next upper age group). So they are not competing against one another. Please note: you are allow to compete at other pageants.
9. Due to fees being so low, sibling /referral discounts will not be issued.
10. Registration Time and Date will be announced soon.
11. No refund of deposit, unless pageant has been canceled.
12. We do accept all checks and all major credit cards via paypal.
13. We will NOT accept checks on the day of pageant.
14. A dressing room and stage will be available at this year's venue: Midland MI.
15. We will provide all music. List of songs will be sent via email and you may request a song.
16. Judges decisions are final!
17. No makeup for ages 0 - 12 and13 - 17 are allowed to wear natural blend age appropriate makeup.
20. Must be within 15 miles of the Michigan border to participate.
21. Remaining balances may be paid via cash only on the day of pageant or by August 15, 2010 via paypal.
