Please note: Once the delegates, under each age division, reaches five (5) delegates, we will not be accepting any more for that age division. Everyone will compete against their own age to have a chance to win the Queen Title and to receive the Miss Starlet Title you are competing against everyone in your age group. If you are unsure of this information, please send me an email. This information will be updated as often as the entries come in. Thank you. AGE DIVISIONS:

Each age division will be broken down - 1 year olds will compete with 1 year olds, 2 year olds will compete with 2 year olds, etc. One contestant from each age division will be crowned Queen (based on beauty and introduction alone) and 4 runner ups will be awarded. Only 5 contestants will be accepted to participate for each age division. *Each Queen will receive a Crown and Custom Sash. Scores are based solely on their Beauty Competition(evening wear) and Introduction. Runner ups in each age division will be awarded a Sash.

AGE GROUPS:

Little (1-4), Junior (5-8), PreTeen (9-12), Teen (13-17), Miss (18+ Single/Never been married), Mrs. (21+ Married)

All scores (beauty, photo, and outfit of choice) will be combined, awarding an overall winner. The contestant with the highest combined overall scores will be crowned Miss Starlet of MI. Miss (Little, Junior, PreTeen, Teen, Miss, & Mrs.) Starlet of MI - will receive $100 Cash, Crown, Custom Sash, and their own coverage on the website. Miss and Mrs. will not compete against each age, they will compete as a whole. We must have at least 10 contestants combined for Miss/Mrs to award the full cash payout. Only contestants may enter Miss or Mrs. We will not accept any more entries. Example: Miss will have 5 in their age group (18+), one will be crowned Miss Starlet, Queen, and Runner ups and same for Mrs. (21+) (This includes her final walk on the runway, and, an exclusive interveiw). (Must have at least 10 contestants in each age group registered to be awarded the full cash prize of $100; Must have at least 5 contestants in each age group registered to be awarded $50 cash; Under 5 contestants in each age group registered will be awarded $25 cash). **Beauty (evening gown - Off the rack or custom made (NO glitz)). Each delegate will be scored on Facial Beauty (1-25 pts), First Impression (1 - 25 pts), Overall Appearance (1 - 25 pts), and Personality (Stage Presence) (1 - 25 pts). Introduction: Each delegate will introduce herself - include name, age or division, hometown, and one interesting thing about you.

**Photogenic-One contestant from each age group will win this title. You will receive a special gift or Trophy. Each contestant will be scored on Facial Beauty (1 - 10 pts), First Impression (1 -10 pts), Overall Appearance of contestant (1 -10 pts), and Photo Clarity (1 -10 pts), and Eye Contact (1 - 10 pts).

**Outfit of Choice-Contestants may wear anything they wish - it can be western, summer, casual, etc. No swim wear or glitz attire. One contestant from each age group will win this title. You will recieve a special gift or Trophy. Each contestant will be scored on Facial Beauty (1 - 10 pts), First Impression (1 -10 pts), Overall Appearance (1 -10 pts), and Personality (Stage Presence) (1 -10 pts), and Contestant's Attire (1 - 10 pts).
